Prepare frozen salmon fillet in the oven

You can prepare salmon fillet frozen in the oven and do not necessarily thaw it.
ingredients
- 1 piece of frozen salmon fillet - approx. 600 g
- butter
- Juice of a lemon
- dried dill - 1 tbsp
- Salt pepper
For the sauce
- 1/2 cup whipped cream, lightly whipped
- 1 tbsp horseradish from the glass
- Salt and some sugar
If you want, you can dilute this sauce, with some liquid that has leaked when cooking salmon.
preparation
- Place the frozen salmon in a well-fitting buttered dish, sprinkle some salt and pepper into the dish.
- It is sprinkled with dried dill and a mixture of sea salt and pepper. A lemon is squeezed out and dribbled over it. The fish is covered with butter flakes.
- Now the mold is sealed tightly with aluminum foil. A piece of fish of 600 g needs about 1 hour at 200 degrees. After this time take out the mold, lift a corner of the foil and try with a fork, if the fish is opaque, pink and thus even. If it is still glassy, cook for a few more minutes. The final cooking time depends partly on the particular oven.
