Prepare juice goulash in the pressure cooker

Delicious juice goulash: onions and meat in equal parts give an extremely tasty sauce.
ingredients
- 800 g of beef Wad Ham
- 800 g of onions
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tbsp hot pepper
- Salt, pepper, peel of a bio lemon, caraway, garlic
- 1dl / 100 ml red wine
preparation
- Cut the meat into small cubes, chop the onion, sauté the meat and paprika in a little lard, deglaze with the wine, add the salt and pepper and cook with the lid on top for 18 minutes under pressure.
- Rinse cold after the time and open the pressure cooker.
- Chop the shell of a lemon and caraway seeds and add to the meat, if you like, you can add small chopped garlic.
- Remove the meat from the gravy, grind it with a hand blender and then add meat again, if necessary spice it up a bit.
- Enjoy the goulash with rolls or bread dumplings.
