Prepare juice goulash in the pressure cooker

Delicious juice goulash: onions and meat in equal parts give an extremely tasty sauce.

ingredients

  • 800 g of beef Wad Ham
  • 800 g of onions
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp hot pepper
  • Salt, pepper, peel of a bio lemon, caraway, garlic
  • 1dl / 100 ml red wine

preparation

  1. Cut the meat into small cubes, chop the onion, sauté the meat and paprika in a little lard, deglaze with the wine, add the salt and pepper and cook with the lid on top for 18 minutes under pressure.
  2. Rinse cold after the time and open the pressure cooker.
  3. Chop the shell of a lemon and caraway seeds and add to the meat, if you like, you can add small chopped garlic.
  4. Remove the meat from the gravy, grind it with a hand blender and then add meat again, if necessary spice it up a bit.
  5. Enjoy the goulash with rolls or bread dumplings.
