Prepare meal plan for the whole week in advance

Who does not know that you want to start cooking, but you really do not know what you are hungry for, maybe you can start again and buy something you actually have left on the ice in the freezer?

Since then I have one eating plan for the whole week in advance (with an "emergency program", if I come home later and really something fast ago) I buy first, not so "wild" and secondly, I save time and nerves.

The plan depends on me in the kitchen, so that in the morning I always see what is cooked in the evening and then the meat can defrost accordingly. Of course, the plan is coordinated with the others (husband and children) so that no one feels disadvantaged. But we usually cook fresh and very rarely finished products. We even make pizza ourselves.

There is always an "emergency dish", which can be, for example, Omanudeln (spiral noodles with tomato sauce and a little bacon). A can of beans for a fixed salad, we have always there. This is then cooked, the original dish for the day should not go, because one evening later comes home or has another date.

We have been practicing this for a long time and we are always happy to create the plan together. When I think of other families, where maybe three's are being cooked or being discussed every day, what's on the table, then I'm really glad that we had this idea.
