Prepare spicy beef schnitzel in a pressure cooker

  • 4 beef schnitzel
  • 1 medium onion
  • 50 g of bacon
  • 2 large gherkins
  • 1 tbsp English mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Oil for searing
  • 1 1/2 cups of water for infusion

preparation

  1. Knead the beef steaks, salt, pepper and sprinkle with mustard on one side.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  3. Cut the bacon in small cubes, as well as the gherkins.
  4. Add the oil to the pressure cooker and fry the beef slices.
  5. Remove the schnitzel, then sauté the bacon and the onion cubes, add the schnitzel and pour in the water.
  6. Add the sliced ​​gherkins.
  7. Close the pressure cooker and cook at pressure level 2 for 15 minutes under pressure.
  8. Rinse cold and open.
  9. Cook tagliatelle until firm.
  10. Serve with the tagliatelle, if you want, you can still eat a salad.
