Prepare spicy beef schnitzel in a pressure cooker

ingredients
- 4 beef schnitzel
- 1 medium onion
- 50 g of bacon
- 2 large gherkins
- 1 tbsp English mustard
- salt
- pepper
- Oil for searing
- 1 1/2 cups of water for infusion
preparation
- Knead the beef steaks, salt, pepper and sprinkle with mustard on one side.
- Cut the onion into small cubes.
- Cut the bacon in small cubes, as well as the gherkins.
- Add the oil to the pressure cooker and fry the beef slices.
- Remove the schnitzel, then sauté the bacon and the onion cubes, add the schnitzel and pour in the water.
- Add the sliced gherkins.
- Close the pressure cooker and cook at pressure level 2 for 15 minutes under pressure.
- Rinse cold and open.
- Cook tagliatelle until firm.
- Serve with the tagliatelle, if you want, you can still eat a salad.
