Preserve marmalade with less sugar

I like the traditional jam, ie fruits and the same sugar (I do not like gelling sugar, but use only normal household sugar) usually too sweet.

So I take less sugar, simmer to the jam and fill after the gel sample in a screw jar.

However, you have to sterilize this jam. I'll do it in the oven. Put water in the deep baking tray, place the glasses in the oven, keep in the oven at 175 ° C for only 45 minutes, and then cool in the oven.
