Preserving hot peppers - hot pepper recipes

Hello dear community, today I would like to introduce you to two hot pepper recipes, one with sheep's cheese and one with onions.

1. Pepperoni with sheep's cheese

ingredients

  • 1 jar or marmalade jar (or more, that's up to you)
  • 5-7 hot peppers (I had pretty small out of the garden)
  • 1 pck of feta
  • some cream
  • olive oil

preparation

  1. You have to cut the feta one time long and use one half for the filling, the other one cuts to cubes and gives them into the glass.
  2. For the filling, stir the feta creamy with the cream and fill into a spout, it works best with a fork.
  3. Now chop the peppers, scrape out the seeds with a sharp little knife and inject the mass of feta into the pepperoni.
  4. Fill the prepared glasses (you should rinse them with boiling water) with a little olive oil, so that there are no air holes at the bottom and put the hot peppers with the feta cubes in the glass. Fill with olive oil. Finished!

Unfortunately, there is no photo, because dad has already plastered half the glass: D

2. Hot peppers with onions and garlic for economical dosing

ingredients

  • 8-9 hot peppers
  • 8-9 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • about 4 preserving jars
  • olive oil
  • salt

preparation

  1. Halve the chopped peppers and cut into small pieces, also chop the onions and the garlic.
  2. In a pan, plenty of olive oil, with me half the pan was filled, get hot. When a wooden stick held in the hot fat throws bubbles, the ingredients come in and are cooked for 40 minutes and seasoned with salt.
  3. Then fill in the glasses (ATTENTION HOT!) And put them well screwed on the head. Turn over after a minute, because of the vacuum that is created, and you're done!

This can be wonderfully portioned and goes well with steak and noodles.

I hope you like it!
