Product tip: PME baking tin

Since I bake a lot, I have already tested many bakeware. Two years ago I invested a bit more money and bought a PME baking pan.

I was really excited about the baking result, the biscuits are fantastic, they are super high, meanwhile I have also gained a square shape.

The fact that the shape is continuous, without back ring, you have less effort and no dough runs out. The biscuit is super straight without bulges. The baking molds are made of high quality aluminum, which ensures good heat transfer.

You also do not necessarily need baking paper, I brush the PME mold with butter and dust with some flour.

However, these high-quality shapes are not allowed in the dishwasher, but for those excellent baking results, I like to rinse my hands.
