Promotional item at Aldi (South)

Who does not know that? Any purchase must be made, and a little later one annoys green and blue, because it was the same with Aldi (or Lidl etc.) cheaper. But how do you know it?

Here is my tip:

Take the brochures with you every week and put them in a folder. A wider range is enough for about 52 brochures. I've consistently done that since 2004.

Most products are offered at least every year, always around the same time, maybe a few weeks earlier or later, and some are even available twice a year.

Example:

There are always dictionaries in different languages that are offered around the holiday season. Also, application material is always in late summer / fall, much cheaper than other providers.

Camping needs with sleeping bag, tent, etc. is always announced in April / May - and there can really save a lot.

Since I do that, I can plan ahead much better and save money, even with annual needs for trifles such as make-up (yes, calls me decadent), spice oils, lip balms etc.

When the year 2005 is over, I will put the prospectuses from 2004 in the waste paper, the 2005 of 2005 is more current as a source of information for 2006.

I myself enter all articles with date and price in a Word spreadsheet and save the constant turning in the brochures. Search function is already handy. Others may also be well advised to use post it sheets on the appropriate pages.

Maybe it will help you. :)
