Protein bars for in between

Are you one of the people who does not always eat so regularly and then eventually start eating calorie-rich snacks?

Maybe my tip will help you:

Always have a protein bar / protein bar (at least 40% protein) with you! These things do not make you really sick for quite a while with not too much calories.

My current favorite: The healthy plus of dm, Sportness protein bar with 50% protein, vanilla yoghurt crisp flavor, weighs 45 grams and has 164 kcal. Maybe someone else will enjoy you better, too.
