Ice-cooled protein shake: as an alternative to the pudding / dessert or to the normal hooked shake.

If you often use the protein shake, you can find an alternative to spooning here. Especially if the shake is to replace a whole meal as part of a diet, I find that he simply makes better in this form than the regular, liquid version.


preparation

  1. Find the right protein shake powder, also in several flavors. It is important that it does not clot easily, but the shake is well-saturated. Tip: "Inko Active Pro 80" is my favorite, it also comes in many different flavors
  2. Shake the shake with low-fat milk or whole milk, take a little less milk than with a "normal" shake. I prefer a wand for this. Can also be cleaned quickly in between, if I want to layer several varieties in a glass.
  3. Depending on the taste mix different flavors, in a glass / dessert bowl, etc. layers. Put this in the fridge or in the freezer.

I just put them in the fridge, there for at least 1-2 hours, until the mass has solidified properly. The consistency is then comparable to homemade pudding. In the freezer it's faster.

You can also mix several portions and keep in the fridge for at least 2 days. As long as the milk keeps ...
