Pudding Milk noodles
Today I would like to share my recipe for Milk Noodles with you. Exact amounts I can not give you, because I give everything to feel and hungry in the pot and also am alone.
Well, that's how it's done:
Pasta (I guess about 100 g) almost no salt cooking - with milk pasta I prefer the croissants (see photo).
Meanwhile, mix 1 sachet of custard powder (cream or vanilla) with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar (or more) and a generous sip of milk.
When the pasta is so good, drain the water and add milk (for me alone and at 300 ml) and a small piece of butter to the noodles and bring to a boil.
Take the pot from the plate, as soon as the milk boils, add the pudding milk ... it gets thick immediately and now you can refine it with milk and / or sugar until you think it's good.
Actually, super easy, I only consume a pot and it is also very fix - if you like it!
