Pumpkin mousse with amarettini: A sweet dessert in the pumpkin season.

- 4 leaves gelatin, white?
- 350 g pumpkin in cubes (Hokaido or nutmeg)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 pck vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g of whipped cream
- 2 egg whites
- 1 bio orange
- Amarettini and powder for drinking chocolate o. Ä.
preparation
- Wash the orange, rub and squeeze, soak the gelatin.
- Stir pumpkin with a tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of salt, orange juice and peel for about 15 minutes and puree.
- Dissolve the gelatin in the hot mixture, stir in the vanilla sugar.
