Pumpkin slices from the pan, with cheese - super easy

If you like the sweet taste of the Hokkaido pumpkin (that's the big orange one), you should try this:

  1. Hokkaido pumpkin (not the whole thing of course! Amount as needed) cut into columns - so an inch thick. He does not have to be peeled, just wash off briefly.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Graft pumpkin slices.
  3. Lightly brown at medium temperature, turn 1-2 times.
  4. If you have taken a little bit of color, put cheese strips (Gouda, Emmentaler ... whatever) over it, or grate over it.
  5. A little salt and pepper over it. Finished.

I find it super delicious, and it's done in a few minutes without much effort.
