Hello to all sweet mouths, I hope my recipe is still nowhere, the pumpkin soup is really fast and is super delicious.

ingredients

  • 1 Hokkaido
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/4 L chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Pertersilie and chives
  • blender

preparation

  1. You take the pumpkin and wash it first, now you cut it in half and gut it. Then cut into small pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Take the onion and cut it (hopefully tearless) into small cubes and sweat in some oil. If the onions are nice and glazed, you can add the pumpkin and sweat. If the pumpkin has become soft, delete it with the chicken broth, simmer briefly and then with the Pürrierstab ran, so that the soup is pretty creamy.
  3. Take the pot from the hob and slowly stir in the whipped cream. Now season with salt and pepper, add parsley and chives and the delicious autumn soup is ready.

If you like, you can try it all with bacon, just sweat the bacon with the onions, but consider the bacon is sometimes a bit salty, so be careful when salting, just taste in between times, then you're on the safe side and spares funny faces at the table.
