Quark buffer from lump mass

Quark buffer from lumps: As a sweet or savory variety - depending on your preference - and quickly prepared!
Ingredients for 5 to 6 servings:
- 750 g ready-made dumpling "Thüringer Art"
- 500 g of low-fat quark
- 80 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- some caraway
- 150 g of pungent oatmeal
- 100 g raisins
- Grease or oil for the pan
preparation
- First the lard with the curds, the eggs, sugar, salt and cumin are stirred well, then the oats and finally the raisins are lifted.
- In a frying pan you heat up grease or oil, place the dough mass with a tablespoon in portions on the pan and smooth the surface a bit smooth.
- Then the buffers are baked from both sides golden brown.
Tips:
- The finished buffers can be sprinkled with sugar or spread with plum puree, served with applesauce.
- If you prefer piquant, just leave the sugar and raisins. This fits, for example, some herbal cream cheese.
- Another option would be to mix some sauerkraut or / and some ham or bacon cubes (these are best sautéed shortly before!) Under the dough - this also tastes really delicious!
