Quark cream cheese and raspberry dessert

Total preparation time: 50 min.

There were fresh raspberries on the market, quark, cream and cream cheese I still had in stock, so I've just created a delicious quark cream cheese raspberry dessert. It's done really fast, most of the ingredients are in the house anyway, so I just started. I recommend, just imitate it, it is definitely worth it and just tastes fresh and delicious!

Ingredients for 2 to 3 servings

  • 250 g of 20% quark
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 2 pck vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 pk of cream cheese
  • Beaten 100 ml of cream
  • 250 g fresh raspberries
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • some mint for the decoration

preparation

  1. Stir the quark with half the package of cream cheese, the sugar and the vanilla sugar and the lemon juice until smooth. Set aside about one-third of the curd and cream cheese mixture.
  2. The cream is whipped and also stirred under the remaining quark mixture.
  3. The raspberries are washed carefully and some beautiful fruits are returned for decoration. The remaining berries are now pureed and the mass should be swept through a fine sieve so that no seeds get into the dessert.
  4. The raspberry pulp is then mixed with the quark mass set aside.
  5. First fill some of the white mass into the serving bowls, then add some raspberry pulp, then some more white curd cheese, etc. until both mixtures have been used up.
  6. Finally, the decoration of the dessert portions is missing. For this purpose, the raspberries covered on the quark dish are nicely arranged and as a splash of color, a few mint leaves are added.

The dessert should be kept cool for about 30 minutes. Then it is ready for consumption.

Let it taste good!
