Quark Marzipan Stollen

Very easy to prepare, juicy and delicious is this quark-marzipan-stollen.

Ingredients:

  • 500g flour
  • 1 pck of baking soda
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 vial of Rumaroma
  • 4 drops of lemon flavor
  • 4 drops of bitter almond flavor
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g marzipan raw material
  • 150 g according to almonds
  • 175 g of sugar
  • 175 g of butter or margarine
  • 1 Msp. Nutmeg
  • 1 Msp. Cardamom
  • 1 pck vanillin sugar
  • 250 g curds
  • 250 g raisins
  • 100 g of lemon zest finely chopped (ready to buy)
  • 100 g of orange peel finely chopped (already ready to buy)
  • 50 g of butter or margarine
  • powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Knead all ingredients except the last two well and give them in a stollen form.
  3. Grease the baking sheet with baking paper, then place it on the underside of the stollen shape and turn it over together so that the air holes of the mold are visible from above.
  4. Set the oven back to 175 degrees and bake the lunches on a medium rack for 60 minutes.
  5. After 50 minutes of baking, remove the mold so that the stud gets a bit more paint.
  6. Allow the stollen to cool completely, spread with melted butter or margarine and dust with icing sugar.
