Quark: Quick help with bee and wasp stings

Especially in summer there is a risk of being stung by a bee or a wasp. This can be very painful (have experienced it myself). Often the puncture site also swells. (I still have a round scar on my chest today.)

If you are not allergic to insect bites or the insect has stung your mouth or genital area (definitely a doctor!), You can reduce the signs of inflammation, especially the pain with quark. Simply apply the well-cooled quark to the puncture site and remove it at the latest when it has dried.

But before the Qaurk application, you still have to remove the sting from the skin. But you have to be careful with bee stings, because most of the time the poison bladder is still on the sting.

Vinegar quark Edition:

1 tbsp cold cottage cheese, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 bandage or better a gauze bandage
Stir the quark with the apple cider vinegar. Spread the mixture on the puncture site and cover everything with the plaster or gauze bandage.

Once the quark has dried, remove it with cold water.
