Quark Schmarren

For the curd cheesecake: 250 g quark, 1 - 2 eggs, 125 g wheat flour, 1 Msp. Salt, 60 g fat for baking (liquid butter) 20 g sugar, a little cinnamon.

This is how it's done:

The quark is passed through a fine sieve and stirred with eggs, flour and salt.


In each case, one part of the dough in the form of a thick pancake, in a pan with melted hot fat.

The pancake is baked light brown on one side, turned over and then torn with two forks into small pieces, which are well browned.

Sprinkle the jelly with cinnamon and sugar (cinnamon-sugar mixture).

Baking time: approx. 6 - 8 minutes

Change: You can mix 500 - 700 g grated boiled potatoes into the dough.
