Quarkplinsen
- 500 g quark
- 250 g semolina
- 2 eggs
- Juice of a 1/2 lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pack of vanilla pudding
- Sugar to taste
- Milk when needed
Dough has to slide with a heavy tug from the spoon.
Mix all ingredients gradually and fry in portions (about 1 tbsp / plate) in hot fat in the pan.
But be careful, do not set the plate too hot otherwise they will brown too quickly before they are baked.
Custard or compote taste very good.
