A delicious little surprise for a loved one: almond cream pudding with forest fruits.

This morning, my youngest grandson called and told me he wanted to visit me in the afternoon. At the same time he asked if I could probably make him a pudding, he would certainly have appetite later on it.

I was already shopping and did not come out to buy any ingredients, but I know that my grandson likes to eat the Paradise cream puddings, and above all the almond cream pudding. In addition, I found in the closet still a pack of unsweetened forest fruits and so I have made it, for the little one to create a "special" pudding. For such small surprises he knows his grandma and is always happy when his secret wishes come true.

ingredients

For almond cream with forest fruits

  • 150 ml H-milk well chilled
  • 150 ml of cream cooled
  • 1 Btl. Paradise cream with almond pieces
  • 200 to 250 g of frozen forest fruits unsweetened
  • 2 - 3 tbsp sugar

preparation

Measure the milk and cream, add the almond creme bag to the mixture and then beat it up with the hand mixer first on a small scale and then for 2 - 3 minutes on a high level. Then put the cream in the fridge for one hour.

Thaw the frozen TK-fruits into a bowl and sprinkle over the sugar, put the bowl aside.

When the almond cream is well chilled, it is filled into a piping bag with a large spout and beautiful roses are sprayed on dessert plates. In the middle of the rosettes then the forest fruits are distributed and finally make some pistachio pieces for a visually good look.

My grandson has relished his pudding Schnute with pleasure and said, his granny has once again prepared a super-delicious pudding for him.

I hope you like it just as well and I wish you a lot of fun playing it.
