Quick bean soup with sausage pieces

ingredients

(For 2 people)

  • 1 can of green beans (850 ml drained weight: 455 g)
  • 1 tb of savory
  • 1 tbsp (heaped) Ajvar, spicy
  • a little salt, pepper and chilli powder (as you like)
  • 1 tsp (heaped) organic chicken broth powder
  • 2 sausages or garlic sausages

preparation

  1. Pour the canned beans with the liquid into a saucepan.
  2. Stir in a tablespoon of Ajvar (spicy).
  3. Stir in the savory (dried).
  4. Season with a little salt, pepper and chili powder.
  5. Sprinkle chicken stock powder over and stir.
  6. Finally, add the Bockwurstringe and mix.
  7. Simmer for about 10 minutes and stir occasionally with a wooden spoon.
  8. Season again and season if necessary.
  9. Fill in the soup plate and add some bread.
