Quick Chocolate Banana Cake
ingredients
- 2 cups (I go from big coffee cups) flour
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup baking cocoa
- 1 cup of mineral water
- 3 eggs
- 1 pack of baking soda
- 3 ripe bananas
- and whoever "comes" 2 big spoons banana-chocolate-nutella (available at Netto)
preparation
Mix the dough together - first without the bananas, cut the bananas into small pieces (I cut them into slightly thicker slices) and finally lift them under the cake mass. Then just fill in the cake pan (I've taken a round, but also box mold & Co. go too).
Bake at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. But since each stove is different, just try again and again with a wooden stick, how far he is.
After baking and cooling I sprinkled it with powdered sugar - done :-)
