Quick egg whisk from the microwave

If the soup next to the vermicelli still looks too empty and you would like to have a quick side dish, then this egg-sting is made quickly.

Mix two eggs with a pinch of salt, pepper or nutmeg (herbs if you like) in a cup.

Then you give this cup at about 600 watts for about three minutes in the micro. (with my cups sticks to nothing here, just butter the cup for safety's sake)


The eggshell opens and you can see a small tower rising out of the cup that you can control for firmness.

When this is done, cut it into cubes and add it to the soup.

I am new here and have not found the tip so here :).
