- 9 tbsp oil
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 1/2 p. Baking powder
- 3 eggs

- Whisk everything together and bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- The finished cake can be topped with cherries, peaches and other fruit.
