Quick goulash with bratwurst and vegetables

Had no sausages for a root pot in the fridge. For Nuremberg sausages. Have these taken and it came out a delicious "goulash". After a small modification this recipe came out:

Ingredients for 3 - 4 people

  • about 500 g of potatoes
  • about 250 g of carrots
  • 1 - 2 onions
  • some oil
  • 1 pack of roast pork (about 240 g) or other spiced sausages
  • 2 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 heaped el flour
  • Salt pepper
  • about 1 liter of broth

Dice potatoes and onions. Sliced ​​carrots. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces. Fry the sausages in a casserole in oil and remove them. Fry potatoes, carrots and onions vigorously in the frying fat. Add tomato paste and dust with flour. Sweat briefly. Add broth, bring to the boil and cook, covered, for about 15 minutes. Add sausages and season with pepper and salt.
