Recipe: Quick Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:
250 g of butter, 500 g of pungent oatmeal, 200 g of sugar, 1 pe. Vanilla sugar, 2-3 eggs, 50 g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:
Preheat oven. (170 ° C, circulating air: 160 ° C) Heat the butter (boiling hot) and add the oatmeal, stir and let cool. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy, mix the flour and baking powder, stir in, add to the cooled oatmeal pulp and stir well. With two teaspoons, put small piles on a tray lined with baking paper.

Baking time:
12-15 minutes on the middle rail in the preheated oven

Tip: I usually take brown cane sugar. If you wish you can also add raisins, cranberries or chocolate drops.
