Quick onion-mushroom-pan

If you only have 10-15 minutes, but still want to eat something delicious, you need:
1 can of mushrooms
1 onion
3 slices of toasted bread or olive bread
a little salt and pepper
That's enough for a person with normal hunger.

It sounds simple, but it tastes great

1. Cut the onions into medium pieces.
2. Open the can of mushrooms and pour away some of the liquid (not too much).
3. In a very hot (large) pan, in which oil is everywhere (for example, normal sunflower or walnut oil), come now the mushrooms.
4. After about 1 minute, clean the onions.
5. When the onions are glassy and all browned, toast the slices of toast and season the pan with a little pepper and decent salt (more than normal, but not too much)
6. If everything is nice and brown, and then, after 10 minutes, the pan is ready.
Instead of the toast you can also eat great olive bread or farmhouse bread.
