Quick semolina pancakes with compote

Sometimes I have to quickly feed my hungry lion (child). Then I make a quick semolina pudding with compote that I always have at home.

ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g of flour smooth
  • 250 g semolina
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 1/2 l of milk

preparation

  1. I take the eggs first and beat them in a bowl (not separately), add the milk and the rum.
  2. Then turn the semolina and the flour alternately. Strongly beat with the whisk.
  3. Heat a pan with oil (about 1cm high) and then the mass into it.
  4. Wait until golden brown, turn around and shred with the turner. When everything is golden brown, it's done.

If you like you can still use icing sugar, compote, meal!
