Quick semolina pancakes with compote

Sometimes I have to quickly feed my hungry lion (child). Then I make a quick semolina pudding with compote that I always have at home.
ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 250 g of flour smooth
- 250 g semolina
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp rum
- 1/2 l of milk
preparation
- I take the eggs first and beat them in a bowl (not separately), add the milk and the rum.
- Then turn the semolina and the flour alternately. Strongly beat with the whisk.
- Heat a pan with oil (about 1cm high) and then the mass into it.
- Wait until golden brown, turn around and shred with the turner. When everything is golden brown, it's done.
If you like you can still use icing sugar, compote, meal!
