Quick something in the middle of the grill
Recipe for 10 roulades. Add thinly sliced roulades the day before.
Wash roulades and season with salt and pepper, cover with olive oil, arrange bottom layer of a jar with onion rings and first row of roulades on top (do not use onions). Keep doing this until used amount is reached. Then just squeeze a brew of Knoblochzehen (about 8-10 pieces). Add 1/2 liter of milk and a small bottle, approx. 250ml, of soy sauce. Put this broth on the roulades and cover with it.
1 - 1 1/2 days in the fridge. Leave at room temperature for about 2 hours before grilling. Then put on the grill or in Saarland on the swivel. Grill for 2 minutes from each side.
Flites here and ready.
