Quick tarte cake

Quick-cooked tarte with onions, bacon or ham and sour cream.

ingredients

  • 1 roll of yeast dough (refrigerated shelf)
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 medium onion (about 150 g or as desired), diced or "ringed"
  • 50 - 75 g diced bacon or ham (packaged supermarket)
  • Salt and spices as desired

preparation

  1. Place dough with baking paper on the baking tray
  2. Smear Schmand with a tablespoon
  3. Sprinkle onions
  4. Sprinkle with diced ham + season
  5. Bake at 200 degrees on a medium rack for 15 - 20 minutes.
