Quick tortellini salad with pineapple

ingredients

  • 2 packets of tortellini (à 250 g)
  • 1 can of Bonduelle Mexican vegetables
  • 1 can of pineapple in pieces
  • 1 small glass of Miracel Whip
  • 2 Tl curry powder
  • salt
  • pepper

preparation

Cook tortellini and drain. When they have cooled slightly, add the Mexican vegetables and the pineapple pieces (do not throw the pineapple juice away!). From the Miracel Whip, the curry, salted pepper and a little pineapple juice (about 2 tablespoons) stir a mass and pour over the tortellini. (Do not be surprised if the whole takes on the same yellow forms * g *).

Let the whole thing through a bit, done!

If all this is done with meatless tortellini, it is also a great salad for vegetarians!
