Quite firm chocolate cake - after Selterskuchen Art

Adding a melted chocolate bar to a regular seltzer dough results in a delicious chocolate cake ...

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 cup of sugar (cup, no pot)
1/2 cup of oil (took a little less)
1/2 cup sparkling water
1.5 cups of flour
1/2 packet of baking powder


Approximately 30 g butter
1 bar of dark chocolate

Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy, add the oil and the sparkling water, mix the mixture, gradually add the flour, add the baking powder. Incidentally in a saucepan melt the butter with the Schoki, if the mass is lump-free under the cake dough, stir vigorously.

Put the dough on a baking tray (lay out with baking paper first) and bake at 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes - sample of wooden sticks!


Let cool briefly and decorate to taste - I'm totally on frosting with colorful sprinkles.

This cake is prepared quickly and special ingredients you do not have to buy extra - a little tip: always have a bar of bittersweet chocolate in the hindquarters, then you can surprise spontaneous coffee guests with this cake!
