Radish radish salad - refreshing & delicious

Radish radish salad is delicious and refreshing and therefore ideal for the summer as a side dish to fish or meat, or just just so, for the small appetite in between.

ingredients

  • 1 medium sized radish
  • 5-6 radishes
  • some chives

For dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 2-3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt pepper

preparation

  1. I rub the radish with a coarse grater, lightly salt it and then put it aside (about 10 minutes). So he loses (like cucumbers) his excess water and watered later not so much the finished salad.
  2. I rub the cleaned radishes roughly and put them aside.
  3. The chives are cut into fine rolls.
  4. Then stir together the dressing from the above ingredients.
  5. I put the radish, which has since been pulled through, into a colander and carefully push it out.
  6. Now lift the radish and the chives under the dressing and let them pass for about half an hour.
  7. The radishes I give just before serving, mix well and serve.

Another tip for all moms of girls in the "Rosa" age:

If you rub the radishes together with the radish and continue to process them, the salad turns wonderfully pink, because the shell gives its color to the rest. The more radish, the pinker. Came with us on children's birthday always great.
