Radish stays longer fresh
A tip on how to keep Radi / Radish fresh longer.
I like to eat radish on my sandwich. There is still a remnant left over with a big radi, which I keep for the next few days for slicing. Unfortunately, he has always been unsightly at the interface and the Radi was also not so crisp.
Here's the solution: If I've cut some slices, I put the rest of the Radi upside down on a saucer, in which I have filled some water. So the Radi remains fresh and crisp for a few days.
