Raffaello balls with rum and white chocolate

ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 3 tbsp rum
- 200 g icing sugar
- 200 g white chocolate
- 200 g of coconut
preparation
Stir frothy butter and icing sugar, mix the melted chocolate, the rum and coconut oil and mix well, chill for approx. 2 hours and then form small kugerln, roll in coconut oil and pour into small paper bowls.
Makes about 80 pieces.
