Raspberry and pear punch

ingredients

  • 1 can of pears
  • 1 packet of frozen raspberries
  • some pear brandy
  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine

preparation

  1. Cut the pears into small pieces and put them in a bowl together with the raspberries.
  2. The pear juice, schnapps (the amount depending on how strong the punch should be) and wine.
  3. Then let it simmer until the raspberries have thawed.
  4. Shortly before serving the champagne and finished the punch.
