This tasty raspberry cookie dessert is really prepared in a few minutes. Whether at home or for a festive occasion, this dessert is always well received.
It can also be prepared the day before and left overnight. But it is just as good to eat it shortly after preparation.
ingredients
- 1 pack of cookies
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup of mascarpone
- 1 small cup of natural yoghurt about 100-150 g
- about 100 g of sugar (depending on your taste)
- 1 pck of vanilla sugar
- about 300 raspberries
preparation
- Beat the cream until stiff, mix the mascarpone with yoghurt, vanilla sugar and sugar and carefully fold in the cream. Crush raspberries except for a few with your fingers.
- Now alternately layer the cream with the biscuits and the raspberries in a glass bowl, start with the raspberries on it spread the cream and then sprinkle the cookies.
- Spread the whole raspberries on the finished dessert and enjoy.
