Raspberry dream with meringue

For the birthday of my brother-in-law (in the evening is grilled) I bring tomorrow morning instead of pasta or potato salad, a dessert, a raspberry dream with. I checked it out, there are already two recipes but mine is a bit different.
ingredients
- 2 bags of meringue (a '800 g)
- 1 bag of frozen raspberries (750 g)
- 4 cups of cream (a '250 g) and powdered sugar
preparation
- In a large glass bowl (looks so nice then finished) give her the crumbled meringue, I had the little ones and have worked with the meat tenderizer the bag.
- Then the frozen raspberries and then the whipped cream (I have added cream stabilizer), finally sprinkle everything with powdered sugar and for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator, then everything is pulled through nicely.
Unfortunately I can not eat the raspberry dream because of LI and lactose-free cream is simply not fixed, even the available in the pharmacy lactase tablets have unfortunately let me down. But I'm happy when it tastes the other and hopefully you too.
