Raspberry jam with peppermint - a delicious drink

Lassi is a refreshing, yoghurt-based, exotic drink that you can buy, but it's easy to make it yourself. You can vary the flavors endlessly.

At the moment raspberries are ripe, so I suggest you a version with raspberries and peppermint.

In winter, I like to grab canned fruit like lychees or mangoes.

ingredients

  • 250 g fresh raspberries
  • 500 g of natural yoghurt
  • 250 ml of water
  • Juice of a lime
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp peppermint leaves

preparation

These ingredients are minced either in the mixer or with the stir bar until a smooth, creamy beverage is produced. A few ice cubes, in which you have frozen individual raspberries, are doing very well in Lassi!

Those who like to eat hot, can also effectively extinguish the "fire" with this drink.
