Ravioli gratin

Today a Maultaschen gratin recipe that my children ask again and again. Have learned in the whole in a father-child cooking class. We have cooked the dish for some visitors, it was always great.

Ingredients for 8 people:

600 g of mushrooms
400 g cherry tomatoes
720 g ready-made Maultaschen (of course you can do it yourself, but I prefer to buy some)
160 g of ham
160 g of grated Gauda
2 onions
4 tablespoons butter
200 g cream
200 ml of milk
4 eggs
salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, dice the onions, clean and quarter the mushrooms, wash and halve the tomatoes, cut the dumplings into strips.

Fry the onions and mushrooms in the butter. Layer the tomatoes, ham and ravioli in a casserole dish. Add mushroom and onion mixture.

Mix cream with milk and eggs, salt, pepper and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with the grated cheese. In the oven it takes about 30 minutes.

I always make a big mixed salad.
