Ravioli lasagna

The slightly different lasagne: Maultaschenauflauf with savoy cabbage and boiled ham.

- 2 packets of dumplings (best with vegetable filling)
- 1 thick onion
- 1 tin of pizza tomato (chopped tomatoes)
- about 300 g savoy cabbage
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 packs of cooked ham or ham tails
- Oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper
- Scattered cheese (Gouda)
- Parmesan
- 3 stems of basil for decoration
preparation
- First, peel onions and garlic, finely chop and fry in oil
- Deglaze with vinegar and the pizza tomato and simmer for another 10 minutes
- Prepare the battered dumplings according to the package instructions. I have them pulled into broth / bouillon
- Wash the cabbage, clean and cut into strips
- Blanch briefly in boiling water
- Cut the maultaschen horizontally and put half in a baking dish close together
- Cut the ham into strips or dice and also distribute half of it
- Also put half of the savoy cabbage
- Now repeat the process: Maultaschen, boiled ham, savoy cabbage ...
- Then put the tomato sauce over the casserole and sprinkle with plenty of cheese evenly
Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Garnish with basil and taste.
