Recipe BBQ / BBQ sauce

Since I'm an avid BBQ and BBQ fan (yes, there's a big difference), on a rainy Saturday morning, I made up this recipe for a delicious BBQ / BBQ sauce with my daughter Laura, stirred it together and tasted it until we were excited ,

Here's the recipe I called "Pitmasters Hot BBQ - Sauce # 1" :)

The ingredients:

1 - 1.5 tubes of tomato paste (no ketchup)
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
salt
vinegar
pepper
3 heaped tablespoons of sugar
4 pressed garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Add oregano, rosemary and thyme to 100- 150 ml of boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. Mix everything well and season with salt and vinegar. If necessary, adjust the desired consistency with boiled water. 12 hours, preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.
Tastes great with bratwurst and steaks / meat from the grill or from the smoker. I deliberately do without smoke flavor because I find that pretty disgusting. The natural smoke aroma from the smoker is unbeatable!
