Recipe onion cake from the plate

Now it's autumn, Federweisser time and with it the time for a tasty onion cake!
For the dough
Ingredients dough:
- 500g flour
- 60 g margarine (or butter)
- 1 egg (size M)
- 1/4 l of milk
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation of the dough:
- Put flour, fat, 1 egg and salt in a bowl. (I always sift the flour).
- Heat milk (do not cook!), Dissolve yeast in it.
- Knead with the rest of the ingredients, leave covered in a warm place. Approximately 30 minutes (I let the dough go until the onions are peeled and this takes longer)
For covering
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 kg of onions
- 400 g bacon (bacon cubes)
- 300 g grated Gouda (who likes more .... I take free schn ....)
- 250 g creme fraiche
- Pepper, cumin (I do not like grains take ground), marjoram.
