Here I have for you a refreshing strawberry dessert, which makes the high summer temperatures a little more bearable. The dessert provides a good, sweet cooling and is a single treat!

Ingredients for about 9 pieces

For the biscuit mass:

  • 200 g chocolate biscuits
  • 100 g of butter
  • 100 ml of water (warm)

For the filling:

  • 100 g of lean quark
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (24%)
  • 75 g strawberries (fresh)

For decorating:

  • grated chocolate
  • Strawberries (fresh)
  • Mint (fresh) 1-2 leaves per piece

Dessert forms:

  • 9 silicone molds for muffins

preparation

  1. I used Leibniz cocoa biscuits for his recipe. Cut the biscuits first (for example with a potato masher) so that there are no large pieces left. You can also crush them with less effort in a food processor.
  2. Next, I put 100 g of butter in a saucepan and melt with constant stirring and low temperature until completely melted. I let the melted butter cool off a bit.
  3. Then add the melted, cooled butter to the crushed biscuits and mix with a fork to a crumbly mass. Then add warm water, so that you can shape the mass better later.
  4. Press the finished biscuit mass with a small teaspoon into the depressions of the muffin molds. From the mass then with the fingers 9 cups to the maximum height of the wells form.
  5. Leave the molded cups in the muffin molds and place in the fridge for about 40 minutes to get them firm.
  6. As long as the biscuit cups stay in the fridge, you can prepare the strawberry filling for it. First wash the fresh strawberries in stagnant water, drain in a colander and then dab with kitchen paper. Cut out the sepals from the fruits and then place the fruits in a bowl.
  7. Add to the strawberries 100 g of skimmed quark and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  8. Finally add 2 tbsp sour cream.
  9. The whole thing with a stick blender, so that a creamy substance is formed.
  10. After removing from the fridge, carefully remove the biscuit cups from the molds and fill with the strawberry cream.
  11. Then you put the filled biscuit cups in the freezer for at least 40 minutes.
  12. After 40 minutes, remove the strawberry dessert from the freezer and sprinkle with chocolate grated. To stimulate the appetite even more, you can decorate the cups with strawberry bits and mint leaves!

Let this summery enjoyment? taste!
