Reindeer cake pops

Here's another cake pop version for the Christmas table: Reindeer Cake Pops.

The dough:

Either you buy a finished Stirred or you make your favorite Stirred / Sand cake. This is finely crumbled and mixed with 200 g cream cheese and kneaded. On 200 g cream cheese about 400 - 500 g cake crumb then it works best.

Then balls are formed and skewered on a shashlik stick and dipped in chocolate (drain slightly) and then immediately push the horns and eyes into the chocolate. The "horns" are made of broken pretzels (preferably already prepare before) the eyes and the nose are made of sugar pearls.

Tip to put down:

I always take a glass jar (picture on picture a vase) to put in the cake pops and make a piece of foil wrapped in aluminum foil in it, because they hold the best in it. You can indeed decorate the vessel nice or no transparent take.
