Relieve discomfort caused by dam rupture after birth

Most young moms are not only fortunate enough to hold a little bundle of joy in their arms, but also to struggle with the symptoms of a rupture or cut a few days after birth.

Rinses with lukewarm camomile water also help those who have no way to proper sitz baths. To do this, make a chamomile infusion in an approx. 1 L jug. Brew a bag of chamomile tea with 200 ml of hot water and leave to soak. Then fill with cool water to a comfortable temperature.

Sit on the "glasses" far back, thighs apart and tilt the pelvis a little forward. Then you can slowly let the chamomile rinse flow over the irritated area.

This relieves immensely and refreshes.
