Take a cup of quark 250 g (I took full fat) and a piece of ginger (I took two cm of the tuber with peel). Grate the ginger into the quark and mix it well. Then put the "paste" on the sore spot on the knee and connect it with a clean cotton cloth (I took a kitchen towel). Let it all go in (my husband left it for 45 minutes).

You can make the dressing when the quark has become friable and falls in one piece. I put the bandage on it twice a day. After 3 days, a noticeable improvement has come.
