Remove Blurred Eye Make Up: Cotton swabs
A very simple tip, when the make-up on the eyes something wrong:
Cotton buds in the mouth and moisten slightly, and zack can remove so great mascara blemish, etc.
Moistening among other things for the reason that it is nunmal, and otherwise it sticks to the eyelashes in 1 out of every 100 cases and starts to louse (which is pretty nice ... if you just needed it forever, around the eyelashes like that hinzukriegen).
In addition, moistened cotton swabs are great for applying eyeliner when there is no suitable brush. With dry, you can well Blend / Blur, especially great with smokey eyes - I can do it better with the lower eyelid with the cotton swab than with my applicator :)
