Remove cement film in an environmentally friendly way

Cement veil on newly laid tiles, (not marble) I remove with a hot water-vinegar mixture and that is 1/4 liter of vinegar, to 5 liters of hot water.

Let it act for a short time, then brush it again with a scrubber and then wipe with clear water.

This mixture does not attack the joints and brings great results. Cement veil is gone and the colors are shining.

In addition, vinegar is much more environmentally friendly than e.g. Phosphoric acid which is present in the commercial cement film removers.
